In a thrilling move that’s got Tollywood buzzing, director Anil Ravipudi has scored big by roping in the charismatic Venkatesh Daggubati for a key extended cameo in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s highly anticipated film, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. This star-studded addition promises to amp up the excitement for the movie’s Sankranthi 2026 release.
Chiranjeevi broke the news on his X account with a warm post:
“Welcoming my dear friend, Victory @VenkyMama to our #ManaShankaraVaraPrasadGaru Family. Let’s celebrate the joy this Sankranthi 2026 in theatres.”
Not one to miss the fun, Venkatesh reposted it, adding his own enthusiasm: “Happy to share the screen with my dear Megastar @Kchirutweets in #ManaShankaraVaraPrasadGaru and back again with my most favorite @AnilRavipudi for another Sankranthi. This Sankranthi is going to be a truly special one.”
This project reunites Venkatesh with Ravipudi following their smash-hit collaboration on Sankranthiki Vasthunam from earlier this year, setting the stage for another potential crowd-pleaser. To top it off, Chiranjeevi dropped a teaser video blending nostalgic clips from their iconic films with fresh behind-the-scenes footage.
In a heartfelt moment, a slightly blurred shot shows Chiranjeevi hugging Venkatesh, exclaiming, “Welcome Venky, my brother,” with Venkatesh replying affectionately, “Cheeru, sir, my boss.”
Fans are already counting down to what could be one of the biggest festive releases yet!
